"Ports in View was an exploration of perspectives through a place often uninviting of visitors or interpretation. The Port of LA and the surrounding ports and infrastructure are not pieces of the landscape that beckon people to come and explore, but this prospective app and community does just that. Through this combined digital and physical experience, people are invited to see the ports through different "perspectives" through the camera of their phone, the app’s interface, and the experiences people post on the platform."
